THE BRIEF A 'mighti' big challenge indeed... Dr Aisea Raturaga had invested in a service-based business and wanted a company to help him review and revamp the business in its entirety. Enter Stratigi, with a plan to help Mighti clean up its competition.

APPROACH 'Plan the work and work to the plan' was the first step in getting new owner Aisea Raturaga familiar with the Mighti business model. Stratigi facilitated planning and mentoring sessions which produced a clear business plan - and highlighted a need for a rebrand. A new Stratigi-produced logo and brand identity were produced and applied to initial marketing collateral to get 'Mighti Clean' up and dusting.

RESULTS Mighti good! Mighti Clean is well underway in the Waikato market, with a good client base experiencing consistent growth. Stratigi and Aisea continue to have regular meetings to target and plan for new opportunities. A new arm of the business is already branded and will be launched soon - watch this space!
